The launch website uses direct WhatsApp ordering because confirmed public prices, courier rates and a live payment gateway configuration were not supplied. An enquiry or WhatsApp message is not automatically an accepted order. Kandy Kulture confirms the product, price, delivery arrangement and payment details before the order is finalised.

4. Product availability

Availability may change. Kandy Kulture will confirm whether the requested product and quantity can be supplied before accepting the order.

5. Product and allergy information

Ingredients vary by product. Information supplied for the current range includes fruit, gummy candies, dried chillies, citrus, cane sugar and salt, and identifies gluten as allergen information for the range. Customers with allergies or intolerances should contact Kandy Kulture before ordering and check the packaging before consumption.

6. Payment

Payment arrangements are confirmed during the order process. Never send money using bank details received from an unexpected source without checking them directly with Kandy Kulture through the published contact details on this website.
